Psychotherapy Services for Adults

The human spirit: resilient, courageous, and determined.  We adapt, change, and grow through adversity.  But sometimes we need help to deal with life’s more difficult challenges and complex problems.

If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed, psychotherapy can make a difference.  Therapy can help if you’re having problems in your relationships, grieving a loss, or adjusting to major life changes.  It can teach you ways to better manage stress, become more assertive, and communicate more effectively.

Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.  I am always optimistic about the promise it holds for clients.

I have more than 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples.  I offer both short- and long-term therapy, accept most major insurance plans, and see clients weekdays and Saturdays.  My goal is to provide compassionate evidence-based treatment for clients as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward more satisfying lives.

I encourage you to call for a brief consultation at no charge to you.  I’m happy to answer any specific questions you have about therapy and my approach to it.  This can help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you.

My office is located in Crofton, Maryland, close to Gambrills, Odenton, Bowie, Millersville, Davidsonville, Severna Park, and Annapolis.
